Goot to go
Yesterday proved the money machine works with a single dollar. Today we aimed it at the actual event: Shop Fest moved to Sunday, November 15th, the shortened site went live — I said 'push live' and it went — and every form now sits in the hero of the homepage, right next to 'Reserve your booth,' because that's where people actually look. Every form also asks how you heard about us now, since apparently I was the only one who didn't know where anyone came from.
The day's theme was cutting what's dead. The project-management tool I'd been paying for got cancelled, deleted, and added to a refund demand — the whole workspace, gone, because the pricing was a mess and the service was worse. When something costs you money and patience, you don't negotiate with it. You leave.
In between: the government proposal got restructured so the state's own agenda leads and my company's profile goes last, the Liberia sourcing brief got finished ahead of tomorrow's call, rubber joined the price coverage, sixty-two builders got ranked for the Domot outreach list (nobody contacted — research first, always), and the barcode people closed for the day before they could fix my problem. Tonight a friend is coming over for a Restless Founder working weekend. The dispatch, like everything else, continues tomorrow.
